At Bright Network we’re here, to help your career deliver.

Our Bright Consultancy – a team of in-house head-hunters – is dedicated to connecting members with the most exciting opportunities. We work with over 100 high-growth businesses eager to find bright young professionals. We’re constantly building new connections – to give you the best introductions.

Once you’ve joined as member you can chat to one of our consultants and once we have detailed understanding of what you’re after, we can match you to suitable opportunities and discuss what you’d like to pursue and how we can help you get to where you want to go.

Exclusive events

Bright Entrepreneurs' Network

As to our events, as a member of Bright Network, you can attend our bi-annual Bright Entrepreneurs Network, held in the spring and autumn, in association with the private members’ club, Adam Street, introduces 100 pre-selected members wanting to join entrepreneurial businesses with high-growth organisations who want to hire.  Check out our latest video just here and read our bright thoughts on how to succeed in a high-growth business.

We also run numerous niche events to connect you with leading recruiters. These range from recent in-house events at innocent smoothies, to our Bright Technology Consulting Network, in association with Deloitte and IBM (held in March) and most recently an event with Google this April – for bright high-fliers.

And in May, we are launching our Bright & Early Monthly Breakfast Seminar Series. No presentations. No powerpoint. Just intelligent insights and interesting conversation over a spot of tea & croissants at Bright HQ. First of the series, focuses on how start your own business, hosted by Bright’s CEO and serial entrepreneur, James Uffindell. Click here to find out more.

Bright Festival, Monday 17th September

And as graduate, our Bright Festival (the afternoon of 17th September 2012) is free to attend and offers a chance to network with employers (including VC-backed online businesses).

If you’re unsure of the difference between ‘Business Analyst’ from a ‘Strategy Consultant’ or you’re a careers veteran and just cannot decide whether to plump for that boutique communications agency, or a global blue chip – we’ll do our best to make sure you have all your career questions answered.

Our partner organisations love the idea of Bright Festival – and the chance to meet a whole host of bright members. From seminars with experts in the field, to sector overviews and sessions on how to network and interview skill session with the UK’s leading interview expert – we aim to give you the full careers monty. The afternoon event is open to all undergraduates. To apply to attend you’ll need to be a member, and will need to fill out a short application form – which you can find here.

Bright Bounty: Get rewarded for who you know

At Bright, we reward you for who you know. It’s called Bright bounty hunting. It’s a very simple way to get rewarded and here’s how it works:

  1. bounty £1000 reward

    1. We post opportunities with Bright Bounties

Every opportunity on Bright Network is assigned a bounty – from £20 to £2000. Just look out for the little bounty poster next to every opportunity.

  2. 2. You refer your friends and fellow bright minds

Click on the bounty next to the opportunity and fill in your friend’s details and add a personal message. They’ll receive your email along with the details of the exciting opportunity.

  3. 3. If the opportunity fits…

If your friend is interested, they can then get in touch with us. We’ll arrange to have a chat with them to make sure it’s a good match… And if so, we’ll look after their application.

  4. 4. You get rewarded

If your friend is successful, once they’re ensconced in their new role, you’ll receive the bounty fee in full.

  5. 5. We donate 10% of every successful bounty fee to charity.

‘Bounty,’ comes from Latin’s ‘bonitās’ – meaning goodness. Bright bounties therefore = bright goodness.
