Accenture's global reputation and leadership in the industry make the company a standout among graduates aspiring to join the consulting realm, particularly in the ever-evolving technology sector. My journey toward understanding this dynamic digital landscape naturally led me to take notice of Accenture's remarkable contributions.
What truly captivated me were their insightful market trends and annual technology trend reports. I never missed an opportunity to explore these reports as they provided a wealth of easily understandable, valuable knowledge—a rare find in the industry. The ability to distil complex information into clear, accessible insights was truly impressive. I greatly admired the efforts behind these reports, and it fuelled my desire to contribute similar value to others navigating the complexities of our tech-driven world.

How did you show you have a passion for Accenture at the interview?
In the interview, I emphasised my genuine interest in technology that grew during my undergraduate studies. The introduction to predictive modelling and statistical inference in Econometrics ignited a curiosity that led me to pursue a Master’s in Business Analytics. This journey allowed me to delve deeper into machine learning models, sparking my enthusiasm for the field.
I highlighted how each educational decision was purposefully directed toward my goal of joining the industry. My aim was to showcase a fusion of career aspirations and personal passions, emphasising the blend of professional goals with a commitment to a community-centric lifestyle, which drives my ambition in the tech industry.

What has been your working ‘highlight’ thus far?
My standout moment would be my first gig as an analyst at Accenture. I dove into a technology delivery project, engaging in all project phases from design to deployment, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle. While adjusting to new responsibilities and finding my groove, I successfully built robust relationships with both clients and my team. Over the 10-month project duration, being recognised for months of hard work was immensely gratifying. Our team’s exceptional performance even led to a return call from the same client for a new project!
