8 children in every class leave primary school unable to read well. In fact, England has one of the lowest literacy rates in the developed world. We want to stop this trend. We want every child to read.

Our six-week reading programme involves two, face-to-face 30-minute sessions each week at a local primary school, with a child who needs extra support with their reading. You simply book sessions, based on when you’re free, all through the Bookmark app. You’ll read and play educational games with the same child for the six-week programme, watching them progress and gain confidence.
