At Structa our purpose is “to develop and harness our engineering expertise, to create a sustainable legacy for those who construct and inhabit the built environment”. We are a multi- disciplinary engineering consultancy, working for private and public sector client, on projects ranging for bespoke homes through to major regeneration or new busing schemes for leading housebuilders or commercial clients.

Our Partners are hands on to ensure we provide high levels of technical expertise and client services. Our high levels of client satisfaction ensure we receive over 80% repeat business.

Structa was established by four like-minded engineers in 2004, who wanted to set up their own business to better serve clients and to bring together a broad and talented team of engineers and technicians focused on achieving clients’ aims and aspirations through hard work and dedication. It has always been a fundamental objective to value diversity and adopt an inclusive culture which has a positive impact in our workplace.

Today, we employ over 40 talented engineers, technicians, and business support staff, operating across 4 offices covering projects throughout the UK. Each year we take on graduate, higher-level degree apprentices and trainee technicians in order to grow our business and develop the next generation of technical staff and leaders.
