Value Optimisation are recruiting for an entry level Analyst. No prior experience is required and we will provide you with all the necessary training! We’re looking for a self-motivated individual, with an analytical mind, who is looking to begin their career in an Analyst role.

Value Optimisation is a support area in operations and consists of workforce management (WFM), management information (MI), opportunity analysis and process/project management to support and enhance value across Admiral Operations. You will be working alongside and providing regular reporting for areas such as Customer Loyalty, New Business and Service.

You’ll be working closely with our customers to define, design and develop information solutions that satisfy business needs. Your key focus will be boosting multi contribution for the business, enhancing customer retention and maximising service levels to best support our customers and staff. You will help maintain staff performance reports such as incentive and performance leagues, whilst also supporting Operations Managers with their ad hoc MI requests.

Main duties

  • Produce and maintain regular reporting for Operations.
  • Provide analysis in response to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
  • Analyse information and translate into business solutions.
  • To keep up to date with current departmental processes and procedures.
  • Project work as and when assigned by the management group.

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
