As our Test Laboratory Technician , you’ll support HID’s success by
- Monitor ongoing test processes and generate reports.
- Develop automated test processes to validate product performance.
- Carry out new supplier / component approval tests and generate reports.
- Assist with off-site certification testing.
- Maintain an organized, tidy laboratory within the 5S framework
What we will love about your background

- Drafting of concise technical reports.
- Exposure to the use of robotics in automation.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Education and/or Experience
- BTEC or higher qualification in Electronics/Software engineering would be an advantage but not a necessity.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- At least GCSE grade 5 or equivalent in English and Mathematics is preferred.
