How will you be the change?

In the heart of our continued double-digit growth, we are seeking ambitious and bright graduates to join our Support and On-Boarding Services team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our cutting-edge cloud-based property management software, Concerto. You'll also serve as a pillar of support for our valued clients, addressing their queries and needs.

As a Support & On-Boarding Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to every aspect of Concerto's implementation and support process. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting product demonstrations and consulting sessions to showcase our solutions.
  • Documenting and validating customer business requirements and mapping them to Concerto functionality.
  • Advising clients on best-practice implementation approaches to maximize product value.
  • Configuring the Concerto application to align with customer requirements.
  • Supporting clients with incidents and service requests through our portal.
  • Creating and configuring dashboards/reports for enhanced user experiences.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Assisting in project documentation, risk management, and budget management.
  • Providing training and consultation to clients to ensure optimal software utilization.
  • Contributing to product improvement suggestions and a dynamic roadmap repository.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Technical Degree such as IT, Software Engineer, Game Design or Relevant Business Experience Equivalent
  • Desirable: Recognized Project Management Qualification, ITIL4 Foundation.

Experience and Skills

  • Ability to independently manage complex tasks to completion.
  • Strong passion for technology and innovation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of databases and cloud-based technologies.
  • Self-driven and able to manage workload autonomously.
  • Cool and composed under pressure.
  • Quick learner and eager to adopt best practices.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the job.
  • Extra Mile & Desirable Skills
  • Experience in delivering complex technical projects.
  • Detailed understanding of SQL and hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Prince 2).

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Warrington office. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
