About the role

Do you enjoy working with data and turning it into actionable insights? Join our Business Insight & Reporting Analysis (BIRA) team as a Business Intelligence Analyst!

You'll be working alongside a team of analysts to deliver insightful business reports and analysis. This will involve:

  • Collaborating with the Data Warehouse team to build a global system that meets our reporting needs.
  • Ensuring data accuracy for internal reporting and external audits.
  • Creating Power BI reports that meet business requirements and follow our style guide.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes for all Power BI reports across the company.
  • Partnering with other teams to ensure manual data submissions integrate seamlessly with Power BI reports.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your analytical and business intelligence expertise, working with the FP&A Manager, Global Commercial Business Analyst, and two junior analysts.

In terms of location, our office is in Teddington. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements for this full-time position. The team meet in the office twice a week.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience developing Power BI reports.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Analytical mind-set with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using a data warehouse and ideally, involvement in a data warehouse build previously.
  • A keen eye for detail with a proven ability to solve problems and identify root causes.
  • The ability to think creatively and develop solutions.
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with colleagues and management at all levels.
  • Experience working in a multinational consultancy or project-based business with a matrix management structure is a plus.
