The role

The Department of Psychology is seeking to recruit two Research Assistants to work on a project funded by Ajinomoto Health and Nutrition North America, Inc.

The role of the Research Assistants will be to contribute to its delivery by undertaking the primary work required, consolidating the work generated by the project and providing administrative support.

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of undertaking a systematic review, resulting in valuable experience in this increasingly popular methodology.

The work will involve developing and registering a protocol for the conduct of the systematic review; article searching, screening and selection; data extraction and compilation; consulting and collaborating with the wider research team, at all points where this is required; scientific writing, to result in published abstracts and peer-reviewed papers.

The work may also involve working alongside other researchers on the same project; attending conferences or meetings and presenting the work; liaising and communicating with other researchers working in similar research areas.
