We are seeking an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to join the Sales and Marketing team within the West regional business of Cala. This is a permanent, full time, hybrid role based in Glasgow and as part of your role, you will be required to visit Cala sites in the west of Scotland when required.

The role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager this role will provide support and marketing direction for future sites within the regional business.

Main responsibilities will include research and reporting on key target market areas; liaison with estate agents on key research requirements; playing an active role with the project teams, managing competitor records in conjunction with the saes team to ensure accuracy, maintaining and updating the land and planning Cala website; supporting the planning and delivery of Cala's community pledge; instructing and maintaining digital and social activity during pre-marketing phase; assisting with the production of marketing brochures and signage installation for all regional developments; supporting the set up and delivery of sales offices, show homes and landscaping.

The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with external third parties and internal stakeholders, such as creative, signage, media and PR agencies as well as sales, land, technical and construction teams, to ensure that all marketing assets required are delivered accurately and in line with Company standar

About you

Ideally you will have a degree in Marketing or similar, with experience of working in a busy office environment in a similar role, ideally with a marketing focus. You will be enthusiastic with the ability to act on your own initiative, and have excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload. You must have practical experience of Microsoft Office packages and excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills. You should have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
