We are currently looking for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our team based in our Cotswolds region. This is an entry level role ideally suited to someone with excellent customer service skills and also but not essential previous sales experience. The post holder will receive training and development (on the job and in the classroom) on selling the Cala product in accordance with Company guidelines. The majority of time will be spent on the job in a sales environment on site developments.
Under direct supervision and through training the role holder will learn how to:
- Process sales in accordance with agreed Cala systems, procedures and controls
- Present developments to an excellent standard
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process
- Negotiate with customers to achieve sales
About you
The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and passion about the housebuilding and property market, have an interest in sales psychology. You will understand the need to work within set procedures and guidelines and be mindful of these at all times. You will have an interest in housebuilding and ability to learn product information. You will be able to demonstrate strong people relationship skills including excellent verbal and listening communication skills. No sales experience is required but passion, enthusiasm and a desire to enter into a customer focused sales role is desirable.
