Role responsibilities

  • Have a creative mindset to come up with exciting vendor campaigns that will help us win marketing income, drive business growth for CMS and vendors and promote the marketing team’s services.
  • Support with vendor consultations and campaign proposals that align with their goals.
  • Learn about Marketing Development Funds and vendor income, and support managing those processes.
  • Develop your ability to propose and present creative, commercially aligned campaign plans.
  • Learn to use HubSpot to manage briefings and track campaign progress.
  • Supporting with external customer & vendor partner forums, corporate events and awards.
  • Coordinating marketing activities across multiple offices such as merchandise and award entries.
  • Working on corporate campaigns promoting company brand to existing and new customers.
  • Producing content for corporate campaign assets such as CMS Social Media & blog articles, corporate brochure, presentations & videos, corporate website and campaign materials.
  • Create and execute quarterly product portfolios.
  • Support the delivery of focus days, webinars, and sales driving incentives.
  • Liaising with internal departments to produce marketing materials and manage any ad hoc requirements from sales, i.e. tender documents, contact sheets, customised pdfs, banners, etc
  • Assist with financial tasks such as managing budgets, raising POs and invoicing.
  • Attend meetings with vendors and clients, meaning a professional appearance and communication style is essential.

  • BA/BSc level 2:2 or higher.
