Our Trainee Project Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with our eclectic team of experienced Project Managers and contribute to the development of our exciting projects all from our Swansea Office.

What you’ll be doing

  • Shadow Project Managers, Gaining Insight Into Management Of A Project
  • Assist In Defining Project Scope, Goals & Deliverables
  • Collaborate With Senior Management & Stakeholders
  • Support The Development Of Full-Scale Project Plans & Associated Communication Documents
  • Estimate The Resources & Participants Needed To Achieve Project Goal
  • Draft & Submit Budget Proposals & Recommend Subsequent Budget Changes Where Necessary

  • Commercial, Financial Management & Negotiation Skills

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional Communication Skills & Attention To Detail
  • Full Clean Driving License
  • Valid CSCS Card

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Trainee Project Engineer to attend Monday-Friday at Fenrod Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, Swansea, SA7 9DG.
