We are currently seeking a focused and results-driven Graduate to join our sales team as a Graduate Sales Executive where you will be responsible for following up sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing deals over the phone.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.

Ways of working

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our state of the art Knaresborough office. We work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and you'll even have the option to work from home 2 days per week following training.
