Join our team as a Graduate Analyst – Engineering Systems and support the seamless integration of engineering design tools and systems with our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
This position is part of the Engineering Systems Team and will be located in Harbourgate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide user and administrative support and provide technical guidance to users and management for CAD and PLM Systems
- Develop and maintain appropriate CAD related procedures and ensure these procedures are enforced.
- Participate in projects or teams as directed by the Manager/Supervisor.
- Assist in the development of CAD and PLM Systems support strategy.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software.
The essential requirements
- Degree or equivalent in IT related field
- Experience in professional practice administrating CAD platforms (Catia V5, Solid Works, Inventor, Creo). Experience in multiple CAD platforms is preferred.
- Experience administrating Engineering Data in a PDM/PLM environment
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Ability to use technical documentation and diagnostic tools to solve hardware and software problems.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, client & server application deployment, IT infrastructure, networking, and information security systems is preferred.
