What can I expect on the programme? 

Our Supply Chain & Logistics team are the backbone of our operations, they’re essential in driving profitability and efficiency. Over the two-year programme, you’ll have the unique opportunity to experience other business functions, including Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning and Logistics.  

You’ll have the opportunity to drive your own development through our tailored skills programmes, stepping out of your job description and getting stuck into essential projects, such as helping us work towards our ‘Danone Responsible Sourcing Strategy’. Day-to-day, you could be: 

  • Collaborating with the sales team and customers to ensure order processing and performance is seamless 
  • Coordinating with the Sales and Supply Planning team to optimise forecasting processes 
  • Working alongside the hauliers, logistic service providers and warehouse contacts to ensure smooth product distribution
