The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Incident Analyst to join the Specialist Support Team at Diligenta.

In this position, you will play a crucial role by offering analytical expertise to the wider Incidents function. Your main focus will be to assess the influence of underlying issues on products and customers across the range of M&G products and processes managed by Diligenta. Your responsibilities will include identifying affected populations, conducting data analysis to understand individual impacts, and proposing solutions for remediation.

You will be

  • Performing Incident analysis and corrective actions in compliance with Life & Pensions regulations.
  • Establishing a clear understanding of individual issues and breaches present in current and legacy platforms.
  • Defining system data scan extract requirements for IT, validate output for completeness and accuracy, ensuring readiness for subsequent analysis.
  • Analysing data in an investigative or verification context, including comparing before and after positions on proposed fixes.
  • Drawing data-driven conclusions and produce reports in accessible language for review.
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders across Diligenta/TCS and M&G, including Operations, IT, Change, Compliance, Risk, Commercial, and management partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident applying relevant analytical tools and methods.
  • Proficient in a range of information/data presentation techniques
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office/365, with advanced MS Excel & VBA skills
  • Able to learn and effectively navigate policy administration systems/interrogate system data.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, strong under pressure and able to flex to varying demands.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, able to convey complex information in simple terms and probe to digest explanations to ensure a common understanding.
