The Institutional team is a blend of client service and business development professionals working closely together to build strong relationships at all levels. By building these relationships, Dimensional is better equipped to understand their investment needs and to identify opportunities. In this capacity, the Institutional team utilises a detailed level of Dimensional-specific investment and servicing expertise to connect with institutions (SWFs, Central Banks, Pensions, Insurance and others) and wholesale platforms (banks, wealth management and sub-advised parties) across Northern Europe (Nordics and Benelux) and Germany.

Responsibilities  

  • Support Regional Directors with all aspects of relationship management and business development for both new and existing clients.  
  • Develop and maintain client facing presentations, RFP’s and due diligence questionnaires related to all aspects of client service and sales support.  
  • Identify and develop processes or methodologies that improve the level of service to clients and assist Regional Directors in the sales process. 
  • Maintain our CRM system in order to effectively monitor and report on all client engagements and activities. 
  • Work closely with various teams across Dimensional both locally and globally to manage projects and initiatives for Regional Directors.  
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our investment philosophy, strategies and services. Review work, actively mentor, develop, guide and share feedback with new and current team members. 

Qualifications, experience and characteristics 

  • Client Services, Sales Support or Relationship Management experience within investment management  
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in delivering an exemplary client service.  
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics or technical or a demonstrable strong interest in the field of Investment Management.  ​
  • Proven analytical and numeracy skills with a high attention to detail. 
  • Proven ability to work within a team structure and collaborate across multiple departments.  
  • Willingness to learn independently, with a resourceful and analytical approach. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.  
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.  
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS OneNote and Word.  
  • Must hold, or pass within 6 months of joining, a CFA IMC certificate or equivalent.
