The DXC Academic Programme is designed for talented, passionate Graduates and Apprentices who are looking to join an agile world leader and are ready to deliver the best solutions to transform businesses in the new digital world.

Our Successful Applicants must be able to get to our office location (up to 5 days per week), Also be eligible to obtain a certain level of Security Clearance as we primarily work on Secure Defence Accounts, therefore dual nationals or Visa Sponsorships are not accepted on our Programme.

Our Successful applicants must have graduated in the last 3 years or due to graduate in 2024 and obtained (or be on track to achieve) a 2:1. You must also be able to get to our office location when required (up to 5 days a week).

Technical graduate

Our Technical Graduates play a big part in the solutions that we deliver to our customers. We typically have technical graduate vacancies across our Enterprise Technology Stack.

However, while you may start in one area of the business, we support the opportunity to move or get involved in stretch projects to support your development, this ensures that we are offering you the opportunity to grow your career.

Each business unit operates differently so we would encourage you to think about how flexible you can be.

Eligibility for our Technical Programme

Studied for a degree within Computer, Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Programming, Data Science, Mathematics, Or Science (Physical and Chemical)

Project Manager or Business Graduate

Within the Graduate Project Manager or Business roles, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of cutting-edge IT projects, surrounded by industry-leading experts. This will provide the opportunity to fulfil your career goals while being part of an established global company.

You will have a great deal of responsibility from day one, which will involve working in high performing teams and delivering client facing tasks. As you progress in your role at DXC Technology, we envisage you will develop your skills, increase your level of responsibility, and become involved with larger, more stimulating projects.

In addition to your client project work, you will have the opportunity to get involved in several business improvement initiatives, and to take part in a wide range of formal and informal learning sessions, which will support your professional development and help in shaping your career.

Eligibility for Our Business or PM Programme

Studied a Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Digital Media Design, Psychology Degree.

DXC Apprenticeship Program

Our DXC Academic programme is ideal for School/College leavers aswell as Graduates who have recently graduated in the last 2 years. It would also suit someone looking to kick start a new career in the IT industry.

Do you have a passion for IT or Business? Are you ready to carve out a career with a truly global, market leading, IT transformation organisation? You will be supported throughout your programme by a mentor who will help you get the most out of your opportunity and ensure you have a valuable experience.

The Academic programme is a percentage on the job and full training will be given. You will receive a competitive salary whilst you learn along with a great benefit package.

Education and experience required

  • GCSE or "Equivalent" in Math’s and English are required, along with 1 *STEM subject preferably.
  • Graduates must have graduated in the last 2 years or completion in 2024 with a result of at least 2.1

*Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
