The role

To work with the EMEA MP Marketing Team, Product Management and Commercial teams to support across a wide range of Marketing activities, projects and initiatives.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • We are seeking someone with good administrative and organizational skills with a keen interest in marketing and design to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be confident and ready for a range of tasks such as literature consolidation, graphic design, e-marketing and events support.
  • We are looking for someone will good writing skills as well as having a friendly outgoing approach. Working in this environment requires good organizational and people skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
  • The ideal applicant is someone who can work well with others and on their own. The successful candidate will need to apply their initiative, as well as understanding the importance of teamwork.

Qualifications

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be capable of working in a multinational/multi-language environment.
  • A creative and problem-solving approach is considered a key characteristic.
  • Support in communications with various agencies, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure projects come to fruition.

Contract and duration

  • This placement will be a rolling month to month contract with a minimum of 30 hours of work per week (Monday – Friday).
  • The ideal duration would be a minimum of 3-4 months.
