This is a great opportunity to join our data and analytics team as a Junior Analyst, you will have some experience in analytics with great numerical reasoning. You will be responsible for providing analytical support to our Operations team to optimise portfolio performance and become a subject matter expert for problems and incident resolution.

What you’ll do
- Ensure timely production of Weekly Operations reports
- Standardise and automate the reports to ensure they are produced efficiently
- Providing analytical support to the Operations team to optimise portfolio performance
- Providing analytical support to internal teams to ensure we deliver an exceptional service to our clients
- Supporting the analytical agenda within Operations for Recoveries Management & Insolvency
- Providing Subject Matter Expert support for problems and incident resolution
- Support the optimisation and automation of PLATO processes through identifying efficient solutions and providing inputs into Change Request prioritisation
- Effectively integrate into the analysis team and interact with stakeholders across all business functions
What experience you need
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with a high degree of analytical rigour
- Good numeracy skills
What could set you apart
- Good Honours degree level qualification
- Experience within financial services
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and VBA
- Experience with database environments and data set manipulation particularly in SQL / SAS and Excel
