We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our recruitment division. Each one of our job boards serve a niche sector, that often requires staff with certain skill-sets in order for them to excel. This is why we, and many of our customers around the globe, love our recruitment sites, because we attract high quality candidates.
What we are looking for from you
- Ability to work within a team
- Previous experience in a new business sales role desirable
- Driven and Ambitious individuals
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
- The ability to identify, establish, contact and build rapport with decision makers
- Goal focus - personal responsibility for performance and lead development
- Previous B2B experience is desired
- Previous experience working within the recruitment industry
Responsibilites
- Operating as a consultative salesperson to acquire new customers and offering the relevant solution to their need
- Carry out campaigns against warm leads that have been generated by our inhouse marketing team
- Achieve the revenue targets set on a monthly basis
- Manage relationships with customers
