Purpose of the role

As we continue to grow our digital offering at Indicia Worldwide, we are looking for a Graduate Paid Media Executive to support in delivering Paid Media activity with the aim of providing an excellent and personalised service to our clients.

This role is for a fixed term of 6 months with the intention to become permanent.

As this is an entry level role, specific experience is not required but an interest in the subject is needed. Training can be provided in the different aspects of digital marketing, what is essential is a can do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your own learning.

Key responsibilities

Picking up task across a range of digital marketing activity including:

Paid search & display

  • Setting up and manging campaigns in Google and Microsoft across paid search and display
  • Researching relevant keywords and audiences to drive performance for clients
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing reports
  • Working with Paid Media Lead to implement optimisation tactics

Paid social

  • Setting up and managing campaigns across the range of social media platforms
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing reports

Web analytics

  • Analysing Google Analytics, Google Search Console and platform based reporting metrics and gathering meaningful insights to inform future campaign optimisation.
  • Using data aggregation and visualisation tools to build out automated dashboards

Knowledge & skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to prioritise requests and keep relevant parties up to date with progress
  • Ability to work with stakeholders internationally
  • A self-starter who can be proactive in developing new skills and knowledge
  • A strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to keep up with industry trends and best practice
  • Excellent attention to detail and dedication to getting things right

Education

  • Degree level or equivalent qualification

This role will be based in our Bristol office with some limited travel to client sites.
