What will you be doing?

The Future Experiences (FX) is responsible for exploring exciting new ideas that can benefit people all over the world. It’s this team that uses Innovation to explore new opportunities to bring Insights’ technology and IP into different markets. To do this, the team conducts user research to understand the challenges faced by users in these new markets, and then designs and builds prototypes to solve these challenges. As a result, the team is multi-disciplined, made up of researchers, designers, coders and much more.

This rotational graduate programme will give you the chance experience all corners our Future Experience team as well as other teams across Customer & Digital to help you become a rounded Product Manager and Digital Innovation professional.

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Complete 4, 6-month rotations, to gain a deeper understanding User Research, User Experience, Design, Product Management and more.
  • Take on and support on a range of projects, depending on your rotation, with the support of your manager and team.
  • Gain research, strategy development and user design skills through collaboration with teams across Insights.
  • Work with colleagues from around the world, and across all areas of the business.
  • Learn how an international business tackles complex technical challenges and have tangible impact in develop new products.

What are we looking for?

  • We will consider applications from all universities and any relevant degree background – relevant degrees are courses that have a heavy research or design focus. Bonus if you have front end development experience – but by no means a requirement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting through collaborative efforts.
  • Strong communication skills, in writing and speaking.
  • Show willingness and motivation for ongoing learning and development.
  • Right to work in the UK
