The role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Processor and Business Administrator.This role requires a unique blend of data processing expertise and administrative skills to support the day-to-day operations of our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for 80% data processing tasks, including reviewing and updating transactional data, researching product information, and 20% business administration duties, such as answering phones and completing day-to-day admin tasks.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, and reporting to the Head ofFinance.
Job responsibilities
- Review and update transactional data accurately and timely.
- Research and gather further product information as needed.
- Answer phones and provide administrative support.
- Complete day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist Finance Manager with Financial operational tasks
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Job requirements
- 1 year of experience in data processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and data processing software.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
- 1 year of experience in business administration is preferred.
