What does the Jack Trainee Scheme entail? 

We’re offering the opportunity to join either our Production, Client Services or Technical team for 6 months, with access to a dedicated line manager and mentor. There will be regular reviews and an appraisal at the end of the programme, with the potential to stay for longer to continue building an amazing career.

During this time, you will be paid £100/day. We are conducting recruiter screens immediately, and then a select group of candidates will be invited to come onsite for a half-day assessment the week of March 25th, so it is critical you apply as soon as possible.

What you can expect to be doing

You will play a fully integrated role at the agency, working alongside team members to create extraordinary experiences and deliver exceptional service for our clients.  

  • Help manage the post production process by managing workflows and assets in Adobe Premiere and Adobe AfterEffects (not hiring a video editor or animator; this role is more production focused)
  • Work alongside other departments including Strategy, Creative and Jack X (innovation team)
  • Coordinate communications between team members
  • Conduct research for projects and new business pitches 
  • Update status reports, schedules and action lists to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Follow internal processes to ensure all relevant steps are completed 
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, partners, and other service providers
  • Contribute to creative proposals in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams

Who you are

  • Passionate and creative with a desire to learn and develop in your career; direct experience not required 
  • Interested in brands, marketing and live experiences
  • Have a self-assured approach and positive outlook, remaining calm under pressure
  • Excited to seize opportunities, thriving on accountability and interacting with people 
  • Organised, execution-focused, with attention to detail, and excellent communication skills 
  • Within commutable distance of the London office in Hammersmith and able to work in the office 3 days/week
  • Available to start in April 2024
