Joining the 2-year Leonardo Graduate Scheme is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the next generation of our business. As a Graduate you will join us on an annual salary of £32,000 with a welcome bonus and a generous Temporary Accommodation Allowance if you move more than 40 miles away from home for the role.

Our 2-year Graduate Schemes consist of multiple 3-6 month placements across the appropriate Sales, Marketing & Strategy departments which may include Bidding, Proposals, Contract Management & Pricing preparation for both domestic & International Business. There will also be the opportunity to do an external placement elsewhere in the business to support you in gaining an all-rounded knowledge of the business.

The Graduate Scheme will start with an Induction into Leonardo, followed by a team building week and activities week to bond with the rest of the incoming Apprenticeship Trainees, IP students and Graduates. There will also be a Sales & Marketing specific induction to ensure that scheme requirements and expectations are fully established.

The successful candidate will ideally have a Business-related Degree and an interest in the Defence Sector, being able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.

In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Management Team and Early Careers Team, you will have the opportunity to input into the design of your training scheme to include placements which give an insight into the complete Helicopter Product Life Cycle and business operation.

The Sales, Marketing & Commercial function provides the link between the customer and our world class manufacturing and engineering business, focusing on In Service Delivery and Business Acquisition activities.
