About the role

Our Technical Consultants operate at the intersection of technology and business, leveraging their technical expertise to provide solutions that address clients' business needs.

They play a pivotal role in understanding and translating client requirements into actionable solutions, often liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders. As a Technical Consultant within our team a typical day may look something like this:

  • Lead a call with a new challenger App Only bank discussing the fraud challenges they are likely to face when they launch
  • Join a meeting with the Data Analytics team to learn about new fraud rules which have been successful in detecting money laundering
  • Querying the Data Analytics store to check the progress of a Customer Implementation
  • Review latest product features and test them to see how you could use them with new customers
  • Produce a solution architecture diagram for Large Bank who is looking to reduce the number of One Time Passwords delivered to their customers

A Technical Consultant could be considered a ‘Jack of All Trades’, beginning their day crafting sophisticated rulesets to outwit fraudsters, then seamlessly transitioning to guide discussions with high-level stakeholders at a major Crypto Exchange.

The Graduate Technical Consultant role is designed to cultivate your ability to navigate both the technical and business domains with ease, to gain a firm grasp of web technologies, and to comprehend the intricate fraud landscape. Our goal is to empower you with the skills to deploy robust solutions across our diverse clientele.
