Our Technical Consultants operate at the intersection of technology and business, leveraging their technical expertise to provide solutions that address clients' business needs.
They play a pivotal role in understanding and translating client requirements into actionable solutions, often liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders. As a Technical Consultant within our team a typical day may look something like this:
- Lead a call with a new challenger App Only bank discussing the fraud challenges they are likely to face when they launch
- Join a meeting with the Data Analytics team to learn about new fraud rules which have been successful in detecting money laundering
- Querying the Data Analytics store to check the progress of a Customer Implementation
- Review latest product features and test them to see how you could use them with new customers
- Produce a solution architecture diagram for Large Bank who is looking to reduce the number of One Time Passwords delivered to their customers
