We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to play an integral role in the support of our team and the sales pipeline. You will conduct support for our Sales teams, monitor sales in relation to goals, and prepare, coordinate, deliver sales materials. The goal is to facilitate the EMEA sales team’s administrative activities to maximize their performance and help support sales development. The position is located Nuneaton site.

What you’ll do

  • Proposals and contracts preparation and submission, including renewals.
  • Receive incoming sales requests and compile the necessary documents to support the need.
  • Manage and maintain sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in SalesForce.
  • Synchronize sales activities with other departments (Operations, Finance, Pre-sales, Services, Legal)
  • Act as a point of contact with our Channel Partners and customers to assist with creating business letters, creating quotes and re-working quotes and orders.
  • Manage and prioritize ongoing Sales Operations requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team across the region and with the regional manager.
  • Collect data to create reports - Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve sales performance.
  • Expediting and closing sales quotes.

Requirements

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in a role within customer service/ sales ops/ or the administrative field
  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset.
  • Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a positive attitude.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Additional language - advantage
