We are seeking a motivated eCommerce executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the eCommerce team in optimising our online store across multiple territories, assisting with day-to-day operations, and contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for eCommerce to gain valuable experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you will do at Lounge
- Assist in the management and maintenance of each of Lounge’s online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Support the implementation of site enhancements, updates, and new features in collaboration with the engineering and UX/UI teams.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing website performance metrics, helping to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Assist in analysing search and behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in conducting A/B testing and other statistical analyses to optimise website content and digital strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various product launches, campaigns, and sales.
- Assist in gathering and interpreting data to provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Contribute ideas and insights to help drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximise revenue.
We would love it if you
- Have a passion for eCommerce and the digital space.
- An understanding of applying eCommerce principles and previous experience of and using eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing data, data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Previous experience an eCommerce role or related field is desirable but not required.
