The role

This is your chance to embark on an industry-leading career in Finance. The skills you will develop are used by Finance Managers, Commercial leaders, Strategists, and Execs, to name just a few career pathways.

Throughout the Programme, you’ll have access to a wide range of professional development Programmes plus both formal and informal learning. The formal learning element, which we will sponsor, requires you to study for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).

Over three years, you will

  • Complete a thorough induction programme, which includes trips to each of our airports.
  • Rotate through our different Finance business areas, including Transactional Shared Services, Management Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering.

Our aim is that you build the skills you need to become a great Finance Business Partner at MAG. You’ll finish the three-year programme with a breadth of knowledge that spans across the business and a range of management skills that will stand you in good stead for the rest of your career.
