The successful candidate will follow our two-year Graduate Training Programme, designed to provide a range of technical and engineering training and experience. To provide the most holistic understanding, we have created a 3-stage programme to take the candidate from the foundations of satellite communications engineering through to full customer engineering and design.

The programme

The initial six months are focused on understanding the foundations of satellite communications, by working as part of our Build and Test / Field Engineering operations to provide hands-on experience with our equipment. The second six months are in our Network Operations Centre (NOC), building on the first 6-months to learn how to troubleshoot to find quick technical resolution for some of the largest energy customers in the world. The entire second year is within our Customer Engineering team implementing projects for our clients to gain further technical knowledge and understanding of custom network design. We use a mix of internal and external training and LinkedIn Learning to increase knowledge. A mentor will be assigned during each phase of the program to provide guidance and support.
