Key responsibilities include
- Conducting in-depth analysis of service data to identify trends and shape the landscape for deployment of AI models.
- Utilising probabilistic approaches to develop service processes and highlight efficiency gains.
- Creating dashboards and tools to develop the effectiveness of service initiatives.
- Working with the local and global service teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our service delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
What you need to succeed
- We are seeking an undergraduate student pursuing at least a 2.1 grade in Business Studies, Economics or a related degree.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- We use various technologies such as MS Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, but the most important skill is a willingness to learn and adapt to new technical challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience in AI developments preferred but not essential.
