We are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our UK Life Technology Solutions (LTS) practice. With supervision, you will deliver structured project management services for our products and services for both client and internal engagements. You will also support the UK Program, Senior and Project Managers within the wider PMO function.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

  • Follow and apply project management fundamentals and best practices to LTS Internal and Client Projects
  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensuring that the right expectation is set, and commitment is obtained from all concerned.
  • Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures; soliciting input from appropriate SME’s.
  • Meet regularly with PMs to help support and update overarching plans and resource profiles.
  • Document and generate reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication of project objectives to all stakeholders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, help to capture actions and minutes in relevant Client and Internal meetings ensuring follow up.
  • Track progress and review project tasks to make certain milestones are being met appropriately.
  • Maintain several spreadsheets, tracking and covering financials and project specific information.
  • Follow LTS PM Policies, procedures and methodologies.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate time and activity tracking in the approved LTS business systems.

Location

This role is based out of our Birmingham office, however if you prefer, you can work from our offices in London or Southampton. We are also happy for you to work remotely in the UK.
