We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Financial Services Litigation department based out of our offices in Chandler’s Ford. Our specialist team handle a range of tasks including case evaluation, court representation, and settlement negotiation to effectively manage financial disputes and protect their clients’ interests.

Day to day
Navigating through a dispute can be a complex experience. At Moore Barlow, our primary objective is to achieve a resolution that satisfies all parties involved. Central to this process is a clear understanding of potential outcomes. The team at Moore Barlow takes pride in approaching disputes with a calm and rational demeanour to ensure effective resolution.
Our Paralegals are a vital part of our team as they undertake a mixture of chargeable and non-chargeable work, managing their own duties whilst supporting other lawyers on their more complex matters. This work will include completing client matters, such as mortgage repossession cases, issuing proceedings, witness statements, liaising with the court, and dealing with borrowers.
About you
First and foremost, we are a friendly and welcoming team who look for the same. Therefore, you will ideally be an individual who is open, flexible and excited by about learning new things.
Perhaps you are a law graduate looking to kick-start your career with your first Paralegal role, or an existing Paralegal who is seeking a brand new challenge. Either way, you should have a passion for excellent client-service and naturally take an organised and efficient approach to your work.
Whilst some prior experience as part of a litigation team would be great, we are keen to hear from those who have related work or study experience and can demonstrate an interest in this line of work.
