Due to additional resource, we are looking to recruit an L&D Deployment Planner and People Co-ordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract.

About the role

You will join an established team of 7 and will work closely with the existing L&D Deployment Planner and People Co-ordinator. You will be supporting NFU Mutual’s largest transformational change programme, BRIDGE+, by setting up learning curriculums via our internal learning platform and sending these to dedicated audience groups across the business.

You could be sending learning to up to 3,000 end users the majority of which will be from our Agency network. You will also work closely with the Training and Competence team to ensure that their system is correctly co-ordinated with the learning platform ensuring all references and information are correct and up to date.

As L&D Deployment Planner and People Co-ordinator you will conduct completion reporting and evaluation once the training has gone live. You will also be the main contact for any queries from end users, responding to e-mails and offering support to ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to move into the world of L&OD and join a supportive team and be part of large, forward-thinking HR Division. You will also work on a large change programme which is set to transform how NFU Mutual operates and supports its customers, gaining a wider understanding of how the business works.

About you

You ideally have a background in data and are analytically minded, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You have strong customer focus and the ability to support stakeholders at all levels. You are adaptable in your approach to work and a strong written communicator. A helpdesk background would be beneficial for this role.

What you'll need

To join our team, you must have:

  • Strong knowledge of excel is essential
  • Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
  • The ability to be a pragmatic and logical thinker
  • Strong customer experience skills
  • The ability to manage multiple workloads at one time
