The role

The Sales & Marketing Graduate Scheme is how we identify and train individuals with people management potential. Over two years, this programme will provide you with the breadth and depth of knowledge you need to thrive within one of the world’s leading automotive brands.

You will experience two rotations across a range of different departments, giving you a truly cross-functional understanding of our functions within Nissan Motor (GB) ltd. You could be placed in Aftersales, Sales, Marketing or Network Development & Customer Quality to name a few. Your natural skill-set and personal ambitions will help determine which areas of the business you will experience. Right from the start, you will have real responsibilities and the ability to influence key decision-making processes.

Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd are responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of Nissan passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in the UK. Entrant Requirements

  • You must be eligible to work in the UK when the program starts in September 2024
  • At least a 2:1 Degree Qualification
  • A minimum 1 year work experience – we welcome both recent graduates and career changers returning to the workplace
  • A valid driving license (to undertake field or dealership based roles)
