The job holder is responsible for predominantly assisting the engineering team, however with an expectation of assisting other functions. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and maintaining of the Sinica system for permit support and contractor management
  • Update and support changes to the SAP System
  • Monitoring and updating of the Engineering SOP / STOPs / Risk Assessments
  • Raising Purchase Orders, receipting of goods and invoice queries resolution
  • Liaise with external contractors on routine maintenance visits
  • Manage invoices and orders for the manufacturing function, checking the accuracy of payments required and submitting to vendors
  • Monitor payroll system for engineering team to ensure hours worked are input and correct, monitor overtime

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Maths and English to a good level
  • previous experience either in a general administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Excellent excel, word, and power point skills

Desirable:

  • Food Safety Qualifications
  • H&S Qualifications
