As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Oleeo, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our recruitment technology. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives. The role

This is an exciting, diverse role which will introduce you to the world of Recruitment Technology and SAAS. It is a varied sales and marketing role where you will be utilising phone sales, email, social media, content sharing, research, presenting and consulting new prospects in order to support sales growth.

Key responsibilities include

  • Conduct extensive research to identify and prioritise target accounts and key decision-makers within those accounts.
  • Leveraging intent data to prioritise your weekly account targets.
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage potential customers and generate interest in Oleeo's solutions.
  • Qualify inbound leads from various sources, including website inquiries, webinars, and trade shows, to determine their fit for Oleeo's products and services.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their recruitment technology challenges and needs.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers through personalised communication and consultative selling techniques, hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
  • Plan and write compelling email sequences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Hubspot or similar CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Oleeo's product offerings.
  • Attend and represent Oleeo at events from time to time.

Key skills & experience 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in B2B software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM system.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and its impact on the talent acquisition landscape.
