As a fast-growing company of over three hundred people, we are looking for someone to join the current team to assist with our post-trade operational activity including inputting trade confirms, reconciling client portfolios and producing client reports to support the wider Client Operations team.

The Client Operations team are currently going through a period of transition to ensure our processes are scalable and efficient to support future growth. While the responsibilities listed below will be fundamental and core to the role, there may be occasions where other Operational teams require assistance through this period of transition and restructure.

The candidate will be an integral member of the global Client Operations team in an entry-level junior role, with broad scope for progression into multiple specialist functions within the Client Operations team.

Position responsibilities

  • Evaluate and input client trade confirm information. Proactively monitor trade settlements.
  • Liaise with custodians, brokers and other third-party service providers to query discrepancies.
  • Daily cash, position and transaction reconciliations for client portfolios.
  • Prepare and review annual client tax reporting, ensuring the underlying data is accurate and complete.
  • Support the team with preparation of monthly and quarterly client performance statements.
  • Investigate reporting errors or issues as identified by the internal system’s automated checks, or by other reviewers.
  • Work alongside the Client Operations and Reporting Teams to assist with their day-to-day priorities. This may include taking on additional responsibilities to support these teams with their daily tasks.
  • Develop a strong relationship with internal teams to better understand key processes across the company.
