Job description

As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a vital member of our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, contributing to the recruitment and onboarding of early-career professionals. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process, supporting our team of recruiters, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating and posting job adverts via various channels and partnerships
  • Maintenance of job vacancy boards
  • Coordinating interview schedules and follow-up
  • Coordinating  Early Careers Assessment Centres, and distributing preparation packs for candidates
  • Aligning marketing collateral to appropriate brands and practices for all Early Careers advertising
  • Supporting in the administration and coordination of Early Careers Events to engage new potential candidates
  • Building talent pools and overseeing candidate communications
  • Managing referrals and candidate registration processes by conducting introductory calls with candidates
  • Manage administrative processes and reporting  in applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist in supporting Early Careers Recruiters in screening applicants
  • Represent Publicis at careers fairs and networking events to enhance our employer brand
  • Manage FAQS and team inbox
  • Maintenance of Early Careers calendar

Qualifications

  • Passion for early careers Talent Acquisition and Development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to process large volumes of information with speed, consistency, and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
