You will be joining the talented Rebellion North studio based in Ossett, Wakefield. Rebellion North are a dynamic and growing team who relish challenges and punching above their weight. The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be working on supporting the whole team at the studio. Our dynamic and quickly growing dev team requires a highly motivated individual to help keep the team healthy and happy and to support the effective daily operation of the studio.
The position will see the successful applicant working closely with the Office Manager, to help deal with all aspects of Facilities Management, Office administration, team support and the effective operation of the team working on site.
The role requires the candidate to be on site between the hours of 1pm and 6:30pm daily to ensure the safe and secure closedown of the office at end of play.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin support.
- Meet and greet all visitors to the studio with behaviours that underpin our values.
- Deal with deliveries and collections, as well as ordering supplies and services from contractors.
- Complete fire and security checks and oversee keyholders and keys.
- Where necessary, undergo training for health and safety compliance, including DSE assessments.
Requirements
- Time management and resource management skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail at all times.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel
- Ability to complete work independently with little direction, to self-imposed or pre-defined deadlines.
- Ability to respond and adapt to changing circumstances and to solve problems in a climate of ambiguity.
- Ability to plan and prioritise work. Balancing resources, skills, priorities, and timescales to achieve objectives.
