As part of our 2024 Graduate Programme, we are seeking talented individuals to join our Cloud Operations DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering teams. As a Graduate Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play an important role in deploying, administering, monitoring, enhancing, and automating infrastructure utilizing cutting-edge cloud technologies.

What are we looking for?

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, ideally in a STEM subject, although we're open to considering any degree discipline for the right person.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute new ideas and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the resilience to respond to the changing demands of the business.
  • Good relationship builder, comfortable communicating with people at all levels
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and some scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, Python) would be advantageous.

These roles are based in our Newcastle or Manchester offices, with at least two days per week in the office. Candidates must be based within a commutable distance (or be willing to relocate) to be considered for the role.
