This programme is designed for Graduates who have recently completed an IT or equivalent degree and are looking for an opportunity to kick start their career at a future-focussed international bank.

As a successful candidate, you'll join the same cohort of graduates from our Wealth Management programme, but your 18 months will be spent exclusively within the IT area of the business alongside our talented tech team.

Throughout the programme, you'll have the opportunity to rotate across a variety of sub-teams within our IT division, including Robotics, Network and Infrastructure, IT Security, Data and Client Experience. Exposure to these disciplines will equip you with a breadth of knowledge and experience that will set you up for a successful career in IT.
