About the role

To take and deal with initial enquiries regarding discrimination matters, support and assist fee earners in the progression of the resulting case files.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a graduate paralegal to dive deep into the world of employment law and discrimination. You will gain extensive knowledge and support from our expert employment law and discrimination team.

You will deal with both Employment Tribunal and Civil Discrimination cases.

First we ask that you have a genuine interest in this area of law, you will also need to have a Law Degree or relevant work experience.

The team have substantial experience in all types of discrimination claims and help a significant number of employees to resolve extremely complex issues daily.
