Independent family-owned business specialising in providing schoolwear and sportswear to over 400 independent and state schools across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Be the principle point of contact for your allocated Accounts.
- Provide product information, quotes and deal with any general customer queries.
- Provide visuals and samples prior to sign off.
- Process orders in an efficient and effective manner, always keeping customers informed of lead times and any delays or problems that may occur.
- Provide price lists for schools, which should be updated and reviewed annually.
- Provide delivery notes for all orders prior to dispatch.
- Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure that all financial / account information is kept up to date.
- Resolve any invoice query not relating to an accounts matter promptly.
- Provide admin support to other Account Managers to facilitate the efficient processing of any Direct Supply / Wholesale orders.
- Any ad-hoc duties that the company see fit.
- Setting up of new schools and items on company CRM system
- Filing of all relevant documentation and approval evidence to company CRM system.
- Building pricelists and website utilising company CRM system
- Track and chase new visual/sample requests
- Maintenance of new product information on the website for new schools.
Knowledge and skills
- Good IT Skills, ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and the flexibility to learn new systems
- Commercial awareness

- Positive & strong work ethic
- Proficient use of Microsoft office applications
- Previous experience of a CRM/stock management system desirable but not essential.
