About the role

Our award-winning branded content, production team are looking for a storyteller, passionate about narratives, brands, and people. A new member of the team with the ability to script, craft, produce, direct, and edit content for briefs and campaigns to make a real difference for our clients.

Join Sticky as a Producer and you'll be integral to the creative team, taking charge of the film and creative output across campaigns for major brands including Meta, giffgaff, Barefoot Wine, major high street banks and many more.

Reporting directly to our Senior Producer, you'll craft and tell stories in the most compelling way across film, animation, motion graphics, photography and digital. You'll shoot on location, in studio and direct crew and freelance staff to achieve the highest quality creative standards which have elevated us to the award-winning agency we are.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the senior producer to develop and execute production plans.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of production logistics, such as scheduling shoots, booking locations, and arranging for equipment and crew.
  • Helping to manage budgets, timelines, and resources for each project.
  • Conducting research on potential topics, guests, and locations for production.
  • Assisting with pre-production tasks such as scriptwriting, casting, and storyboarding.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as post-production and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assisting in the management of on-set production, including troubleshooting issues and maintaining equipment.
  • Monitoring and organizing production schedules and calendars.
  • Assisting in the production of project deliverables such as trailers, teasers, and social media content.
  • Assisting in the production of animations.
  • Assisting in the distribution of finished content to appropriate channels, such as TV networks, streaming platforms, or social media.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and changes in technology and techniques to provide new and innovative ideas to the production team.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, scheduling meetings, and managing paperwork.
