Stork are now offering opportunities for highly motivated recent university graduates to join our 2024 Graduate Programme and enter into a career in a progressive, fast moving and thriving business.

Our HSEQ Graduate Programme offers a two year structured training and development program centred on our operational support function, whilst at the same time giving graduates a broad overview of other support functions and operational disciplines across the Stork UK Business.

There are many exciting opportunities within our HSEQ function covering Facilities Management, Quality Assurance and Sustainability, Occupational Health and Hygiene and traditional Health and Safety elements. Tasks and responsibilities

Within each placement, you will be tasked with a defined set of aims and objectives that will allow you to gain exposure to all of the learning the HSEQ function can offer you. You will have a development plan in place to guide you through your 2-year program, and this will be populated with goals that are designed to enhance you knowledge and skill set throughout your time at Stork.

Within each placement, the respective teams team will get you involved in daily HSEQ and facility activities and provide you with an increased knowledge of day-to-day operations. Alongside this you will also get exposure to other support functions, such as HSEQ, Finance and HR, and how these teams work together to support operations to help deliver exceptional service to our wide ranging client base.

Job requirements

Education

  • Minimum of an Honours Degree in any Discipline with a strong desire to work in a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) role.
