What you’ll be doing

In this rarely available opportunity to join our collaborative and forward-thinking Political & Credit Risk team as Trainee Credit Analyst, you’ll undertake training through both formal and informal means via on-the-job internal and external instruction and courses.

Whilst undertaking the assessment and analysis of individual credit and political risks, you’ll build on your interest and appreciation of economic, business and geopolitical issues and environments, possibly gained from your academic background, and gain knowledge of the financial implications and consequences as a result.

Your adept IT skills will come into good use producing ratings based on established procedures using external modelling guidelines. Under the guidance of our highly experienced credit team, you’ll proactively produce ad hoc economic, industry and sector analyses with the goal to aid more effective and efficient underwriting.

We’re open on your level of experience to date whether this would be your first foray into the working world or a change in direction for you. Equally, whilst our business is conducted in English, ability in other languages, particularly French or Spanish would be an advantage, although by no means an essential requirement.

If you’re looking for a role within a friendly, collaborative and innovative team with ample opportunity to learn and forge a career, you’re looking in the right place!
