As a Demand Analyst, you'll play a vital role in our Supply Chain team, serving as the business process owner for Demand Portal and Demand Dashboards. You'll lead improvement initiatives and drive change management in supply chain planning, working closely with the Demand Planning and Commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and forecast reliability.
About the role
You will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Demand Portal and Demand Dashboards (Power BI) and Master Data related processes.
- Consolidate and analyze data to generate meaningful insights for demand planning, performance reporting, and S&OP processes.
- Support the Commercial teams in updating and maintaining the 24-month sales forecast.
- Generate and consolidate demand forecast files, and load forecasts into the ERP system.
- Review forecast adjustments proposed by markets and provide support for demand planning reviews.
- Manage the Demand Portal tool and oversee master data management processes.
- Perform data cleansing activities, develop new metrics as needed, and maintain data integrity.
- Assist in producing S&OP meeting presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Internship or co-op experience in data analysis or supply chain management is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and software; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with SQL queries, Power BI (DAX), and Power Query (M) is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
